Haha, yeah, I'd come to pretty much the same conclusion re: Worldbridge, but they are the only official channel for the whole visa show on this side of the pond so it didn't seem I had a choice. Their email helpline is free (vs the stupid-expensive toll number) so I've been using that, which has the additional upside of getting all their unhelpfulness in timestamped writing. :)
