Obviously I haven't seen/heard anyone else's take on the character, but I do love the juxtaposition of class and rough lechery he brings to his performance – I'm not sure many other people could sound like a bear in evening dress. I could believe he's in his 30s, which isn't that old, especially if he's been as hard on his body his whole life as he is within the confines of the story ...
