A Glimpse of the Future
Today I picked up the Fantasia 2000 soundtrack (the used CD store was having a SALE! I didn't know that was possible!) which has upon it the Allegro from Shostakovitch's Piano Concerto #2, which is the soundtrack to Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.* Listening to it (repeatedly, I admit) made me actually kind of excited about the book (unusual for Goblet) and I doodled up a couple things:

A couple stabs at McGonagall and an idea for a scene which will look much cooler (and more recognizable) in colour.
I also had the briefest flash of inspiration to board out a trailer for the book, using bits of the music, but I doubt anything will come of that what with my busy schedule, reluctance to spend much time at home, and unreliable enthusiasm for the post-Azkaban books.
*Not officially; it merely is a perfect musical summary of all the tones found in said novel, according to Lilylarkin and I.

Azkaban is definitely the best book out of the five, not to mention I really enjoy reading about the MWPP era characters. ^_^

The novels are getting longer, and it is a bit daunting at times, but I love the unpredictability factor. It's what keeps me on edge.
I like the design of McGonagall for this. Not as Mrs. Tweedy from Chicken Run. I like the narrow face for her. Who is the second figure on the right?

And I guess it hasn't really been stalking, per se, just admiring pretty drawings from afar. I didn't turn creepy.
I'm glad you're doing well!
