Novelty

No real reason or posting this aside from the location. I ought to be drawing. Can't think of anything that tickles the occipital lobe.

P.S. This is a Mac. I wish the 'end' key worked like that of a PC.

What does the 'end' key do? I have a Mac, and I've never touched it.

It moves your cursor to the end of the line of text. I never realise how much I use it until I use a Mac. Is there another way to do that?

Ah. When you're typing, just press the down arrow. Also, the up arrow will bring you to the begining. (If there are several lines of text, you'll have to press it a few times.)

No, no, I mean the end of the line, not the end of the block of text. But it's okay, my kindly uncle has filled me in on the secrets.

Mac "end" key

Hello Sarah,

How are you doing? To make a Mac end key work you have to press the "Apple"/"box with curly corners" key and the end key - this will take the cursor to the end of the line.

I am presently embarking on the learning curve for my new job.

Thanks Uncle Ray! I would never have figured that out on my own. Good to 'see' you!
