I have to agree with the "BEST VIMES EVER!", I've been waiting for another drawing of him for awhile, and I'm quite glad to see that the wait paid off. Oh, and your Grag Bashfulsson is really good! I've always had problems picturing him in my head, but now I don't think I will. As for the Ramkin-house-storyboard thing, I have to say that I loved that scene, it had a really, really, good description of just how furious Vimes was when he was running up the stairs.
Oh, and I noticed that Thud! kind of reminded me of The Ring.
