As always the drawing is kick-ass. But Peter should be missing a finger.

D'arrr! Thank you. I should have known better...

Oddly enough, that's the first thing I noticed, too.

Incidentally, I like your design for the robes, it's a lot better than what I imagined when I was actually reading the books.

Augh I cannot stop staring at Lupin's hair-- actually, his entire head (the jaw! the cheek! the ear!)-- and the crease on this sleeve. *grabby hands*

I have to admit that as hilarious as Peter cringing is, I love the way Lupin's placed on the page and set up -- the good guy as Menacing Figure!

Mwahahahaaa! [steeples fingers]

I love your marauders :I

Well I love your ... everyone! So there!

[identity profile] awkward-sylence.livejournal.com 2009-03-23 10:08 pm (UTC)(link)
Love Lupin!

...It just occurred to me that it's all Harry's fault that the series didn't end at Book 3. Everyone could be spared the death and mayhem if they just knocked out Pettigrew and dragged him toward the castle the way they did Snape. ...I mean, Lupin still would've wolfed out, but that's irrelevant!

... [huggles Lupin anyway]

[identity profile] twirlynoodle.livejournal.com 2009-03-23 10:15 pm (UTC)(link)
One might almost think it would have been better that way ...

But Voldemort would have kept trying to get at Harry through other means ... the man's like a bad penny. And it's not as if the third book would have given the series the dramatic climax it needed.

Hahah, very true. He's a persistent little bugger, isn't he?

Voldemort: AHAHAHA! I have you now!
[Three books later...]
Voldemort: Okay, I'm definitely gonna getcha this time. Fiftieth time's the charm!
Harry: Aha! Got your wand!
Voldemort: [hands outstretched] NO--! [falls over] X_X

[identity profile] twirlynoodle.livejournal.com 2009-03-24 02:18 am (UTC)(link)
Voldemort: And I coulda gotten away with it, too, if it hadn't been for you meddlin' kids!

I clicked without knowing what it was and immediately went "That's the back of Lupin's head." Seriously, how do you make hair so recognizable?

Yay for Pettigrew's rodent teeth, too. *grins*

Haven't had a chance to comment on anything lately, but I'm definitely going back and yelping about your recent art posts when I get the chance. Great work.
