I sometimes think I ought to start an LJ community or mailing list for INTX women... we don't tend to be very well understood, by other women particularly.
Judging just means that you use your judgement when deciding actions... you think things through and consider the consequences rather than just leaping in. You're less spontaneous. It doesn't have anything to do with being judgemental.
Personality Identification grew out of the work of Swiss psychologist Carl Jung and the studies of two American women,Katharine Briggs and her daughter ,Isabel Briggs Myers. After considerable study of Jung's work,Briggs and her daughter developed a system in which they formulated four personality dimensions and sixteen different personality types. the first dimension is extrovert or introvert:this category has to do with the way in which people direct their energy. An extrovert is basically a person whose energies are activated by being with others.on the other hand an introvert is basically a person whose energies are activated by being alone. the second dimension of personality is sensor or intuitive:this category has to do with the kind of information we notice and remember easily.Sensors are practical people who notice what is going on around them .they rely on past experiences to make determinations.Intuitives are more interested in relationships between things or people. They tend to be imaginative and to focus on what could be. the third personality dimension is thinker or feeler:This category has to do with the way in which we come to conclusion.thinkers are those who tend to make decisions objectively and impersonally on the basis of what makes sense and what is logical.Feelers makes decisions based on their own personal values and how they feel about choices. the fourth category is judger or perceiver:this dimension has to do with kind of environment that makes us feel most comfortable.Judgers are people who prefer a structured and predictable environment .they like to make decisions and have things settled.Perceivers are more interested in keeping their options open, preferring to experience as much of the world as possible.
oh,that was really LONG!

Katherine Briggs, my favourite folklorist? Hmm, probably not; I think she was British anyway.
There's also a good link to type profiles at the end of the test... But alas, the best page I saw for such a thing seems to have dropped off the face of the internet. (It was on a veterinary page ... go fig.) To save you having to take the test again to find the links, here – well, here's the better one: http://typelogic.com/
I suspected Moist was an ENTP, so I tried to get in character (by the end of the book you know him pretty well) and take the test as him and turned out to be right! ...If that counts for anything.
I think it's better when your scores are low, because that means you're pretty balanced, closer to the centre ... way out wackos (like me) are probably teetering close to the edge of psychopathy or something.

Provided we weren't all too introverted to bother with it ... haha.

Well, I'm pretty balanced, actually. Is it bad when your scores are so low?
