Is it sad that I sat there for some time trying to figure out if several of the scenes were intentionally funny or not? Like, Johnathan Pryce's accent? And his laugh that sounded like one of Beethoven's symphonies? And then..."Mmm...I taste good!"

Mwahah! The word "Discworld" kept popping up in my mind during the movie, 'twas awesome.

The only thing is ... Okay, someone tell me if I'm wrong, and this might be a SPOILER, but:

Jacob loves Angelica, Angelica loves Will, but she goes around kissing them both when she and Jacob are supposedly "true loves". Yeah? Did I get that right? Contrived romance = Boo.

It's the extreme Pratchett flavour of the entire trailer that made me want to see the movie in the first place – it's still most of why I want to see it at all. I'm glad to hear the rest of the movie is like that... : )

That romance thing made me really mad as well. It was so stupid; only a true love's kiss can break the spell and - oops! Gotta kiss Matt Damon too!

Yuck. Matt Damon's only decent role was in Team America: World Police.
