John Dearheart, anyone?

If it turns out there is an evil bat-like killer creature in this movie, I am going to laugh so hard.

(Whoa, did that last comment only not make any sense at all or was it just me?)

I don't really plan on seeing the movie, but hahaha! xD I've always imagined John Dearheart as less scruffy-looking and without, uh, mutton-chops, but triviality, merely!

I was thinking more the up-high-on-a-structure-with-a-non-functioning-safety-rope thing. Not casting, no. Just situational. And costumery, too.

'Hey Alex, I think my rope's busted!'
[swoop]
'Yaaargh!'

Hmm, he probably wouldn't say 'busted' but I am unable to think of any pseudo-clacks-jargon at the moment.

I LOVE THAT BOOK YAAAH!

You are an evil evil person! One would almost think you read that passage laughing wickedly to yourself over Mr Dearheart's demise!

Fie! Fie on you!

(ME TOO I LOVE IT TOO! I am anxiously awaiting the paperback so's I can finally get my grubby little hands on it.)

Ah.

Also the complete lack of death thing, that wasn't in the picture.
