I've had lots of water, I've had lots of sleep, I tried having some sugar and then tried having no sugar at all, ditto with caffeine, I've tried the compression thing and deep breathing and painkillers... it's a stubborn one. The only thing that's worked so far is watching a movie, which took my mind off it for a couple of hours. It'll pass eventually...
