I have an embarrassingly large collection of humourous clips I've recorded off BBC programs. Most of these, understandably, come from comedy shows, but this morning I just recorded a segment of Monday's arts and culture magazine Front Row. Mark Lawson and Chris Tookey deliver some fine entertainment as they giggle themselves silly trying to outdo each other's baffled horror at the quality (or lack thereof) of Pirates of the Carribbean: On Stranger Tides. Hear it for yourself:

Front Row - It's at about 16:00

I am supposed, by practise and contract, to play devil's advocate for this, but Satan himself, offered a million fresh souls, could not find something nice to say about this film.

I am sure this will have little to no effect on its colossal box office, but as someone who had little interest in seeing it in the first place, I feel that through this review I have been entertained more than I probably would have by the actual film, and so am comfortable giving it a miss.
