Mystery Sketches
Feb. 9th, 2012 07:19 pmI've finally had time to go through all the life drawing I've done since starting at Disney. Mostly this was to pick out the portfolio-worthy pieces so I could clear the rest of the giant pile from my cube, but while doing so I found a number of side doodles I'd forgotten about.

Most of them are pretty clear, or at least I can remember what they were supposed to be, but these two are a complete mystery to me. Who are they? What made me draw them? Why does Lorenzo the Magnificent have a weasel in his bag? Are they characters from a book I have long forgotten? I don't even remember if they were drawn at the same time.
Regardless, the doodles I do in life drawing always turn out so much better than the ones I do anywhere else ... it's almost as if life drawing has a positive effect on things ... funny, that.
