APPARENTLY!

I feel the patriotic obligation to prefer Red Rose but ... but ... Tetley WINS. Unfortunately it is not much easier to find down here so I must remember to stock up when I visit.

TETLEY TEAAAAAA.

Omg, i went down to Seattle and bought the best chai EVER. Its made from something called "holy basil" which i wonder if it actually is code for "pot". BUT ITS AMAZING.

People down here are woefully ignorant of chai. Well, okay, of tea in general, but chai in particular. L. makes four or five cups a day and frequently people say 'wow, that is that? Is smells awesome!' 'It's chai.' 'What?' Durr.

Hmm, pot tea ... that would be appropriate, actually.

Its taken me FOREVER to find one that didn't taste of FEET. I have no idea WHY but every kind I've tried is absolutely repulsive unless its in syrup (starbucks) or liquid form. The kind I bought was called Spicy Chai, so maybe that made the difference.

Its such a vancouver drink. That is a lot of tea to consume. You guys are hardcore.

*mails herself along with some Tetley to Cali*

Weird ... I couldn't drink chai for a few years after graduating because it smelled like Moh. :) I never found one that tasted of feet, though. Pretty much anything will taste like pencil shavings if you leave it long enough, but feet ... ?

Ahahaha, oh Moh. I miss him and his stories already :(

The feet one was green tea chai. Which was terrible. I still have most of the box. Most, because I was poor for awhile and absolutely DESPERATE for tea.

I feel like drawing Russian things... On a completely different note, I don't care what the storyline is for bear and the bow, i want to watch that movie SO HARD. Though I'm sure it will have a good one, its Pixar.

EXACTLYYYYYYYYY. I AM SO EXCITEDDDDDD.

I love fairy tales way too much and its a PIXAR fairytale + Brenda which equals awesome on a level I can barely comprehend.

Heard anything lately on the TD front? I'm waiting like a crazy person, I emailed Patricia today because I can't leave it well enough alone, agh.

Tea does indeed have magical properties...

Well, the comm's still open... honestly I have very few ideas myself so I'm dependent on other people writing, and new fodder would be much appreciated. :)

I am normally of the coffee persuasion myself but it's been making me feel gross lately and as I haven't needed much help staying awake (unusual) a nice soothing cuppa hits the spot.

Over in t' UK we always have Tetley tea in the cupboard, however much we may be teaophiles. It's what I like to call Vimes tea - when you don't want an Assam or a Chai, but just a giant mug (has to be served in a mug) of WHOAH.

Also, if you have never heard anyone singing the Tetley tea song over and over, to the tune of the Addams family... well, you're much more fortunate than the entire of Britain.

Failing Tetley, you have PG Tips, but that's another story...

Aspectabund, Earl Grey is a blend, Tetley is a brand. Tetley probably makes an Earl Grey.

There's this little tiny Tea company near Boston. They have a shop in Quincy Market. Whittards of Chelsea. Better than Tetley. More expensive, though, harder to find. Tetley is impossibly easy to get in New England. I do enjoy Tetley's British Blend, though. Not as good as Whittard's 1886 blend, but still excellent. If Tetley puts crack in their teas, Whittard puts in more. But I'm not sure if you can find it outside of the Boston area.

I am a tea geek. I love me some good tea. And Tetley is good tea. Even if it does come in bags
