Did you see Bolt?

Did you like Rhino?

Did you know the voice of Rhino is a story artist at Disney, he has a blog, he is awesome, and a really nice guy?

GO SAY HI!

You can come beat me up tomorrow for the incessant pestering, Mark. :)

Well shoot, I just saw him on TV a couple days ago during an interview at the premiere of Bolt!

I suspected it might be disneyboy cuz you did mention he used to comment on your LJ and I'd read his a few times, but having it confirmed by you makes it all the more real!

I can't wait to see this movie!

Yup, those are his – you should tell him, I bet he'd be really flattered that someone liked his strips that much.

I was traumatized by Dumbo at a young age, so your music choice freaked me out :(

I've poked through his art; it's lovely to say the least.

It's the Circus Contraption cover of it. Much zanier and jazzy. Good stuff. Much less creepy. Well, creepy in a hyper circus way, not a freaky hallucinating elephant kind of way (scariest Disney moment, agreed).

Wow, that is much less disturbing. I'll get over my irrational fear yet!

I'm sorry but a belly-dancing elephant that turns into a FLOATING EYE is an ENTIRELY rational fear. [shudder]

Just goes to prove you can never tell what'll scare the kiddies ... that sequence would never set off any alarms for the ratings board or over-protective parents* but I bet it's given more kids nightmares than anything in the last 20 years of Disney.

I told my brother to go see it, and he did, with his fiancee--they said it was "really, really cute," I believe. I haven't had the chance to go, yet--I think I mentioned it's been at least a year since I set foot in a movie theater.
