Picking on random people at choir again, though this time it's church choir. The lady with the rectangular-peg head actually looked like that. And there's a drawing of our regular choir leader (this was the Holy Week choir rehearsal, so the other choir leader was leading) who turned out looking rather like E from The Incredibles even though she doesn't really. And someone's foot looked a LOT like Olaf's in that fabulous Marvelous Marriage picture, though the subject involved was wearing socks. And an attempt at Brutha, long-abandoned character, who I think looks more his age now.

I might draw another page this evening because the description of Moist von Lipwig is just too much of a challenge to pass up without at least trying first.

Technically Sundays aren't Lent, but I figured I'd try to make up for Thursday ... even though that's not in the spirit of the whole thing.

For someone whose most defining feature is that he has no defining features, Mr. Lipwig sure rolled off the pencil easily. Miss Dearheart not so much... nearly, though. I pictured Mr. Lipwig not unlike Mowett from M&C, and I think this shows, not only in the costume, which was equally influenced by The Art of Discworld, in which Paul Kidby seems inordinately fond of early Victorian fashion. Which is okay by me. This should be his "sombre" suit but if I coloured it pitch black, well... it'd be pitch black. And you wouldn't see anything. Kind of comes with the whole "pitch black" parcel. Along with 1 Free!!! Visual Pune!
