Thing I figured out that's served for dinner twice this week so far:
4-5 little yellow potatoes 1/2 a zucchini (or squash)
Cut up and boil potatoes till sufficiently soft; transfer to container. Cut raw zucchini in round pieces, cut said pieces in fourths, put into potatoes and stir. Add a very little butter if you wish, poss. also rosemary, and nom. Goes well with a roll if you have them around.
(The best bit is that you can boil the potatoes while doing other stuff - as long as you stay in the same room or watch the time, to avoid a repeat of a certain Candied Orange Peel Situation.)
