Gosh I don't even remember, I just went NOPE and shut down ... I had a paid account because I'd topped out my bandwidth allowance once or twice, and that was $20/year, but the new scheme is literally at least ten times that for the privilege of embedding your images on third-party sites, which had been part of the free package before.
