Draurings!

Gag sketches will be forthcoming, but before I can do them, I had to work out updated designs. It was surprisingly easy to picture Harry & Co. at 16/17.
Harry - He is Harry.
Malfoy - Design probably inspired by one of the characters in a classmate's final film.
Ron - Meh ... he's okay.
Hermione - Also okay. Good enough.
Slughorn - Likely stolen from a project I was working on with a friend which had a character that looked very similar. Sluggy's fatter, though ... ? Their descriptions are just so similar.

I've always been a fan of your characters. If someone ever did HP animated I hope you would be the main artist cause your HP characters just rock :D.

as weird as this sounds...i picture Slughorn as victoria's father from the Corpse Bride trailer...

kind of like the same way as i picture Umbridge as Dr. Hutchinson's mom from Rocko's Modern Life

I must admit that after looking through The Azkaban Project so many times (I study your work for help in how to render hair and for how to draw characters if I want to try sketching a scene myself... *cheesy grin*) I've started to imagine the characters looking like a cross between your work and the movie.

Unfortunately, I realized looking at your sketches that I still picture Harry like he's 14. Having the Trio updated makes my mind happy.

it's amazing how years ago unknowingly i didn't know which to choose and clicked on a website and was blown away and introduced to iron giant and watched treasure planet for and e-mailed and asked ridiculous questions -- neither here nor there when confronted with potterverse, suddenly, two minutes ago, i... love that remus? dude and it's because of some drawings and then i find out, he's your favorite! i guess i'm trying to say that your message got through and should be nice to hear as an artist.

i didn't think it was possible but your drawings have gotten so much more fantastic. i've said it before, i'll say it again, i hope to see your work in motion one day. (by the way, i love the new style you're trying out -- hermione klaus? hehe.)

Lol, your Slughorn looks like my religion/geography/civics/careers study teacher ( we have a small school )! I love your art, I would love to see an animated version of the Harry Potter movies drawn by you, it would look really great.
