Ooh! of what does said Halloween costume consist???

I need ideas for this year, myself. I was a quidditch player (Slytherin) last year, and I don't really like to repeat.

NOT actually a clacks tower, but a similar expression of Going Postal obsession.

Not a golden suit, either.

I think I'll have to skip out on the stiletto boots, though, as I would like to be able to walk.

watch Nicholas Nickleby obsessively

Something that should be on everyone's to-do list.

Ah, the goodness of James D'Arcy and Lee Ingleby.

And, er, the...five-toothedness of George Innes.

You know, that is so hilarious... I had no idea he was in it until randomly checking up on the past credits of M&C cast members on IMDb last week. (What can I say, my lunch hours are boring.) AND, did you know, David Threlfall (Killick) played Smike in the 1980 version? It's like a Nickleby cast reunion party!

I knew about David Threlfall which is quite funny, but I was just watching Nickleby again and thought, "Wow, that guy looks so familiar. Even his teeth are familiar." And suddenly, I remembered Joe Plaice. My family couldn't figure out what I was laughing at.

Oh, the geekdom... : ) It makes life so much more interesting. And amusing. Think of the joy you might never have had without these odd connections!

By the way, when this post popped up in my email, the targeted advertising frame came up with 'Discounted Novelty Hats.' Yes! Now that's what I call targeted advertising! (It's no 'Psychic Cow' though...)

Nice. 'Psychic Cow', wow, I'm jealous. All I've ever gotten were silly emails from Miss Cleo. And now she's in jail and I don't even get those. My life is so empty.

Heheehee. Yeah, my week is pretty packed too. Packed with packing har har har. Packing to move up with teh sister! OMG!!!1

But I can't think of anything better to move into than stressed frantic women preparing for a marrige (guess who is not looking forward to that part)If I wasn't stressed enough to begin with. *tears out hair*

But Nicholas Nickleby will make it worth while. And well duh the part that I will be living with you will be an added bonus.

I just finished the first book in the Johnny Maxwell trilogy and the entire time I was thinking of you. :D

Are you two working for the same company, then? Or is Tula's school near Tealin's work?

[faints at the words "UPDATE WEBSITE"]

:P Sorry. Not to pressure you or anything. DO NOT FEEL PRESSURE. :P I feel really bad if I ask someone to do something when I'm doing nothing productive myself in return. I also have a tendency to give myself deadlines and then not meet them. Which is a bad thing. So if you update your website even a month after you meant to, you'll still be ahead of me.

Good luck with your costume! And friend's wedding! And...anything else you meet on your travels!

Wow, bussy Schedule :P
So I'll have to see Nichola Nickleby now :P if I can find the right version. Good luck on the next months with your costume and all ;)

Well, sorta. My school is close to where she is living, not really her studio. Although I may be working at her studio before school starts.

Isn't it so good? And so relevant? I love it! Everyone must read it now!

It's really really good. :D I'm trying to get my hands on the next two, but I can't find them anywhere! *weep*

Sounds like your friend has a similar month to me. I'm getting married next week and moving house a little after that, all last minute of course.

I'm a big fan of your art, partly at least because I'm a great fan of animation. I'd love to see some more HBP art, but I realise you're busy and I'm only interested to procrastinate updating my sites and getting on with my own illustrations!

I think your HP character designs are spot on, especially the updated HBP ones - you've let them grow up nicely,

Spirited
