And, a passage that I'd planned on posting re:Disney a while ago, which I hope is now irrelevant, but don't hope enough that it keeps me from posting it anyway:

But you don't care, because if they don't polish a chair with their arse all day you think a man who's done a seven-year apprenticeship is the same as some twerp who can't be trusted to hold a hammer by the right end.

I realise this could be interpreted as a dig on the qualities of the artists at Disney and I want one and all to know I don't mean it that way – rather on the qualifications regarded by the brass hats as necessary of a person to make important creative decisions.
