As promised, here is the link to the archived Small Gods, episode one:

THE TURTLE MOVES!

It's quite a good adaptation, so enjoy. It only works for a week, and then it'll be episode two, so hurry up!

It was quite good. It made me do my college apps a lot faster, and that's the mark of any good radio play.

I listened to it last night at 6pm. Thanks for the link!

I was working while listening to it. I got some weird looks from colleagues who were wondering why in tarnation I was laughing so hard (I had earphones on).

It was very good- I have never heard a DW radio adaptation before. The sound effects were great. The voices were well chosen, too. I just had to get past that my stupid mental block of surprise that they were English accented (well, duh!). I should expect it being a BBC program and the books being British and all, but I keep imagining that different regions have different accents, so Omnians would speak differently from the Ankh Mor Porkers who would have the more British accents- and so on so forth. You even got characters like Moist who can switch accents as easily as he switches character but maybe when he is being himself speaks with a very slight Near Uberwaldian accent.
