Everyone out there who has asked me to draw Wicked art: Go see [livejournal.com profile] bananabasket! He's got lots! And it's really good! And I bet he'd just looooove to take requests!

I went to life drawing last night so there is no sketchbook for today.

Thank you, that is all.

*For those of you alarmed by the subject line, FEAR NOT! It was meant in irony.

I like the way he handles different textures and types of fabric - very design-y and loose but with a tactile, "real" quality.
Maybe I will see "Wicked" in NYC this weekend (assuming I can get tickets!)

In the spirit of directing people's attention away from one's self ("Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain!"), y'all might read my brother's post about the BOOK "Wicked" and maybe tell him what you think:

Hehehehehh ... ooooh, little do you know what you may have unleased. I can go ON AND ON AND ON about the book Wicked. Just ask [livejournal.com profile] octaveleap and [livejournal.com profile] bananabasket. I'll have to save this for some day when I feel like venting a lot of bile and have some free time on my hands.
