Yesterday's Sketchbook - Drawn at a booze and nibbles 'function' at work. Yeah, I only filled 2/3 of a page ...

I moved to a new desk today, on the 'Flash' side of the studio.* Let's see if I stay at this one for more than three months...

*This refers to the software used by productions usually based here, not on this side's fashion sense.

Hmmm.. you are not happiest at parties, is that the case? I sort of know the feeling. I mean, I love partying with my friends, but not being stuck at a party where most of the guests are not my friends just for the sake of socializing as is being expected of you. There is this one friend who I'm really very close with, and I have avoided her birthdays 5 years in a row because I strongly dislike many of her other friends. (Druggies, welfare cases ++)

I'm usually like that at parties, but at least at work parties I have something in common with the people there, so we can at least talk shop, and they're entertaining to watch.

It's a 'Production A needs to expand into the space where you're sitting so we're going to move you into space allocated for Production B of which you are actually a member' move. I'm not changing projects or position (aside from spatial position) ... it is a 'lateral move' in that I moved sideways and not up or down, but other than that it is of little consequence.

I started my own (still building it) because I was soo so inspired by your drawings (they are great!) and i read your drawing tutorial, and I loved it...so i started drawing.. i mean...i have always loved drawing, but now in a different way..so..well i don't think you'll care abput this I'm telling you, but...I just wanted to thank you for being the trigger of my passion for drawing!
