Status Update

Yes, I have been away for far too long, with no very good reason, or at least not one I could figure out beyond "meh, don' wanna." Alas, this absence must persist yet a little longer, though for a much better reason:
I AM MOVING.
Again.
By myself this time!*
So for the next couple weeks (at least) I probably will be just as invisible as I have been lately, because I'll be putting things in boxes, dismantling furniture (I love you, Ikea), taking things out of boxes, er... mantling furniture, and all in all turning my life completely upside down. And then right side up again. And then it'll snow for about thirty seconds in a staggeringly unimpressive display of water and little plastic flakes.
If all works out, there may actually be drawings here again.
*Well, okay, no, people are helping me move, but I am moving into an apartment of my own.

They ALWAYS say the prices are going down. They've been saying that for years already. I just hope it's true. OR if prices don't go down, at least wages should go up.
It's reduculous: a 2/1 in freakin-Little Havana is almost $300,000! And I refuse to live west of the Palmetto (I'm currently two blocks East of it)! It takes half an hour just to cross underneath it on any of the main thoroughfares!
