A combination of coffee, Discworld IV*, and a daunting board that I really should be doing combined to make me actually want to draw for the first time in weeks. Sure, there are anatomy problems and ... and stuff, but ... I drew it. This is progress.

Of course, this sudden renewal of drawing juice couldn't have come at a less appropriate time** ... oh well. I wish I could bottle it.

*that's 'intravenous' not 'four'
**actually it probably could, but I'm not going to bother to try to come up with an example

By "daunting board" do you mean story board? Then isn't having all this drawing juice a good thing? Anyway, I hope you get your board done.
