Happy Halloween!

And once again, I push the boundaries of costume obscurity even further towards utter pointlessness ... but it's a cool costume. And relatively successful if I do say so myself.

Maybe someone in the wide world of the Intarweb will have seen Gormenghast ... so far the closest I've gotten at work is 'Uh, that was that show that was on Space [Canada's Sci-Fi Channel] like every weekend for a few months? I didn't get it.' A better response than I was hoping for!
I'll post photos of my own approximation when I can get a shot of it in daylight (harder since the time change).
THANK YOU MEGHAN FOR SAVING HALLOWEEN! I owe you more than a box of cookies.

Date: 2006-10-31 09:55 pm (UTC)As far as the time change goes, no one told me when I moved to Canada I'd lose 4 hours of light. It's not supposed to be dark at dinnertime already!

Date: 2006-11-01 02:01 pm (UTC)I think it's a really great movie. Even being a little silly at time, Dianne Wiest makes it one of those fantasy movies that gives me chills at certain times.

Date: 2006-11-01 09:07 pm (UTC)I believe (Though I might be lying. I do that.) that she made this costume. Or at least the coat, because she's been mooning over it on her journal. XD
