Apartment Hunting

Do you live in the Bay Area? Are you moving out of, or know someone moving out of, or know of a vacancy in a cat-friendly apartment either in the city or Bart-handy East Bay? My sister and her husband are looking to move out of their cute little Nob Hill flat into somewhere they can finally welcome home their furbaby Elliot who's been living with Auntie Tealin the last two years. They are a clean-living, quiet, mature, friendly couple, and Elliot might possibly be the best cat in the world – he has a letter of reference from my landlord, even, who is a big fan. (Everyone is a fan of Elliot.)
Availability in the next couple of months would be best, but they can hold out to find the right place, especially if it's under $2300/mo.
