Toy Story 3 was a major bargaining chip in Disney's acquisition of Pixar. Basically it went like this:

DISNEY: Hey guys, want to make Toy Story 3?
PIXAR: No.
DISNEY: C'moooonnnnn...
PIXAR: No.
DISNEY: Ah, but, we own the characters and the distribution rights so WE're going to make it, and it's going to be AWFUL!
PIXAR: NO! Don't do that!
DISNEY: You can't stop us.
PIXAR: Please! Okay, we'll do it, just don't hurt our Toy Story!
DISNEY: You can only have it back ... if you marry me. [twirls moustache]

Since Twirly is nearly always correct, I'd have to agree with her and say she is not funny. She is more humorous, comical, witty, amusing, waggish, entertaining, jocular, or laugh-inducing than "funny."
