In case anyone's wondering what's up with Disney, here's a good summary ... It's ostensibly a review of the short film "Dream On Silly Dreamer" which chronicles the rise and fall of 2D at Disney over the last decade, but it serves as a handy primer on the biz and its collapse. I really would like to get a bootleg copy of "the sweatbox" too. I wonder if we can see "dream on silly dreamer" here or is it just that one time thing?

It just pisses me off, it's so obvious why the films started sucking, but the "suits" will never admit it was there fault. That's just absurd to think that.

I think our best chance of seeing it here will be to wait for next year's film festival (or the one after that... or the one after that...) I think it's more that type of thing. This showing in Minnesota, for example, was in conjunction with the big Disney shareholders' meeting, and a friend of mine in California saw a showing at his school. That, or wait for the DVD, if there ever is one...
