Aw. Postman Pat is adorable. I have this vague feeling of familiarity about that show... perhaps I saw the original when I was younger, but I can't recall.

AUGH MY CHILDHOOD!

Fireman Sam (he's the hero next-dooooor!) had the gadgets. Pat was gentle and friendly and just got into various muddles delivery post in a village somewhere with drystone walls. He had tea with the vicar! He once lost his cat in the fog, and that was enough fodder for a whole episode!

I'll be over here, weeping quietly...
