ACTUAL CAPTION: Overnight workers cleared the snow outside the prime minister's home in Downing Street, London. (It's image #2 here until they fix it they've fixed it now. Sigh.)

Oh, I absolutely loved that song! I watched "The Snowman" repeatedly as a kid...Another way to visualize this would be for Christmas tunes to be playing while commenting on the friggin' snow! XD
