Draw them. Like those who believed that photographing a person took their soul, the very act of channeling the images of said citizens from your brain through the neurons, nerves, fine-motor muscles, and fingertips and then via a pencil (2B or not 2B) will eradicate them from your head and fix them on paper.
As long as you do not take the paper and put it into your brain you should be OK.
