Happy Easter everyone!

With the dawn comes...

I should confess, first off, that this was drawn after both the Easter Vigil and midnight, so technically it wasn't Lent anymore, but I hadn't had the opportunity to draw at all at any point during the day, and it still felt like Saturday as I hadn't slept since I woke up seventeen hours earlier, so dang it, this should count!
Anyway, a Bromeliad-y sketch (though Grimma's face is so wrong) and more cat filler. This time he's impersonating a sack of rice.

TADAAAA!

I have decided that I really ... really ... REALLY like...

Fiction.

A lot.

Syrup and prunes. Heeheehee. Arrhythmic unrhyming slang.

I LOVE fiction. Let me count the ways...

Ooohhh, I love the Masklin and Grimma one! So cool. I'm glad I see the nomes the way you do, with the help of your drawings. My cover art has these slightly amusing blobs that are somewhat cute but somehow I wouldn't care too much about the fat balls living in the Store.

But, naturally, your designs are always pefect.

Happy Easter!

If you've got the edition with the big bulldozer in front... those nomes always reminded me of the little characters on the "Nerds" packaging.

Are Nerds still available for purchase outside the Halloween season? Do you have to go to specialty candy stores?

um..

I don't think so... a kid in my english class was eating nerds today until the teacher caught him, and they definitely weren't from Halloween.

It's ... the Thing! I rather like the Thing. Even though it's a machine, it almost has a personality. Almost. Your designs are spot on, as usual. Very cool.
