VICTORIAAAAAA.
I didn't have much time to make the most of the city because I was spending most of it with this guy:

But if it weren't for him I may not have stopped there at all, so that's fair. I did do a little wandering, and took some photos to prove it.

I love the sunken garden at the Royal BC Museum; it's beautifully landscaped with all native plants and there's something so intriguing about the sculpture in the pond. The day I arrived at the Archives there was a party of three crows larking about down there, one of whom had clearly taken a dunking. Haha, funny crows, I thought, but when I left that afternoon one of them was still wet, so they must have been keeping up the game all day. The next day was the same. Crazy corvids, I love them.

Took a stroll to Christ Church Cathedral ... made me wonder about whether there's a correlation between the personalities of various congregations and what they inscribe on their buildings.

I sense a theme ... (This is a different Meares, though.)
