Is "Where's my Cabbage" the book that Vimes is reported to read to his son in Thud? The one that has additions like: "Is that a cow? No, that is Foul Ol Ron"?

I haven't seen the diaries but I did see an Almanack once... It was a delightful and very humourous little thing (the adverts were particularly amusing) but a leetle overpriced by my judgement.
