Ours is so fluffy as to be almost insubstantial, on account of the cold – delish, but impossible to eat tidily!

Well, I think it works well as a poem anyway. It's a nice reminder of my snow-eating escapades in childhood, before my mom got all worried about air pollution and hollered at us to not eat the snow (which, of course, we did anyway). ;)
