International Banking, Part II
Nov. 23rd, 2018 08:34 pmThe credit union got back in touch today. I talked with someone who seemed to be on the ball. The specified corrections had been made to my form. We caught that my Canadian bank's address ought to be in Canada and not the UK.
The money should get there by December 4th.
WHAT CRAZY THING WILL GO WRONG??

Honestly, it took 3 days for my parents to send me money from Malaysia to Australia in the late 90s when I was studying over there, and Malaysia is STILL a developing nation, not a supposedly First World Country. Jeez. The more I learn about America, the less I believe that its actually a developed nation.
Hmm... seems like I'm snobbing America. LOL!

Date: 2018-11-24 06:14 am (UTC)I honestly think they could send it faster, they just hold on to it for a little while to ping it around overnight loans and day trading to get as much money off it as they can ... which is very American. (And one of the many reasons I'd like my money somewhere else thanks.)
