SNOW!!! WHEEE!

3:00 pm
I forgot my CD wallet at home today and so took a trip to the used CD store on Granville in search of something to listen to. I found a copy of one of the Moulin Rouge soundtracks and have been listening to it over and over since then, completely wrapped up in it. The fact that I've turned it up extra loud so as to drown out the backwash from Oik-boy's walkman hasn't helped matters... I hope I haven't gotten any phone calls.

By the way, no, I have not acquired my own computer at work. Alas.

And the snow has stopped. Alas.

5:16 pm
AAARGH!! OIK!! OIK OIK OIK!!

*deep breath*

Dang it, Ubiquitouspitt, haven't you landed yet?

Oh yes, and I had an idea for a gag involving the weather gauge. Nyuk nyuk nyuk.

Okay... think of someone with all the boorish characteristics of an uncivilised oaf ... and then imagine that person is not ashamed of these characteristics but is even proud of them. That is an oik. Less burly than an oaf, somewhat more intelligent than a lunk ... basically the polar opposite of Remus Lupin or Stephen Maturin.

A gag involving the weather gage?

And why haven't you gotten your own computer yet, eh? Is someone bitter over Aubrey's sweep on the lego ship?

MEGABLOKS ship, m'dear, MegaBloks. Company fialty is of the essence when working on said company's movie tie-in.

I wonder what the state of my job would be if I commented on their spelling practises in any manner less oblique than this. Besides, I may be hypocritical in that I have no clue how to spell "fialty" and haven't the time to look it up.

I think I killed a relative of the producer's in battle, perhaps. His boy, God forbid.

Would I kill a small child were he/she to come between me and the demasting of a MegaBlocks ship?

Depends on how close Thanksgiving is.

Mm. Warm child stuffed with apples.

*much rubbing of hands in a J. Swift type manner*

Hey, I didn't do the demasting. That was all Dave. Or at least, the ship was on his desk at the time. On his desk, watching me, cackling softly at my shiplessness.

Apparently, in keeping with MegaBloks tradition, the ship is very, very easy to demast and resists repair with a fervour. I have yet to get my salty little hands on the thing.

Of course, once I do, little cut-out paper figures with silly speech bubbles will pop up like mushrooms. Perhaps it's better I didn't.

Oh dear, I just got an idea for a ridiculous photo manipulation. Teehee.

HALLO! (again) Well, let me just tell you that i have the Moulin Rouge soundtrack and i have done the samething, although i have gotten phone calls, so i only do it on my computer, or when my moms not around. Heee. And uh, what mushroon song are you talking about? Just curious because it sounds like somehintg i've heard (probably from cowboy bebop) By the way love that spike drawing, first time i saw the movie that same thought came to me. I mean it really seemed to touch his hair.
Well, BYE! (again) I SHALL RETURN! Maybe, ahh-choo. Bye
