Yesterday's Sketchbook - By the time I got home I was tired, mentally exhausted, and my headache hadn't gone away (still hasn't, grr) so I just did the cop-out and drew my cat.
The FINAL episode of Small Gods is up. (dun dun duuunnnn)
...If only V had made the rest of his armour out of the same material as his mask...
Or maybe just a bunch of masks (he had enough to spare) – that would have been sweeet... in a ridiculous kind of way.

Date: 2006-03-23 07:05 pm (UTC)It reflects a general trend. A lot of companies are now providing massage therapists at work as a benefit as well as fitness rooms and such. Massages are so simple and yet really are very effective because they relax muscles and improve one's circulation. Doctors even refer patients to massage therapists now because it is often more effective and beneficial than putting people immediately on medication. Having them available to staff actually increases productivity because of lowering stress, improving morale and health.
Companies in Iceland have been doing this for a long time. Our advertising and layout agency we use in Reykjavík has a massage therapist come in once a week that is available to work on employees (there the employees chip together to bring in the therapist at discoutned rates so each person does not have to pay very much for the service)
