Well, logic would dictate that it'd have to be Harry and Voldemort ... You know Voldemort's gotta die, and who else to accompany him but his nemesis? It'd give Harry the ultimate mantle of heroism to have given his life to defeat evil. On the other hand, if one applies the anime cliché of 'He who redeems himself dies shortly after,' that'd take care of Snape (in theory) and another cliché of 'He who finally finds happiness/love dies shortly after' would doom Lupin.

You could similarly use clichés to kill off Ron, Ginny, Neville, Hermione, and any number of other characters ... only time will tell.
