Deus Ex Machina, anyone?

WHAT THE BUFFY?! Hwoa! Bad Wolf and Time Lords and Daleks, oh my! 8| Funny to see how they 'updated' the visual depiction of extermination, having only just seen the Hartnell-era version. Haha, plus ça change... And that regeneration – how Beauty and the Beast! Well. Yes. Farewell Christopher Eccleston... you were fantastic.
I still don't get Captain Jack.* Go away, annoying man. Take your leather pants and get your own show. (oh wait...)
Still don't get Rose, really, for that matter ... but I got used to her.
*Of which there seem to be as many as there are characters named Spike...

And then the toothy grin.

Date: 2006-08-29 03:34 pm (UTC)There is a "Children In Need" special (something like 10-15 minutes) that expands upon the teaser of The Christmas Invasion, so watch that if you can. I watched it over at YouTube.
In other news, your couch looks like mine...

I actually like Captain Jack. Just watching the Doctor react to him was fun in and of itself. The jury is out as to whether or not he can support his own series. I'm looking forward to finding out.
I love the drawing, by the way. I feel like that after almost every single episode of Battlestar Galactica.

And there is a "Band" called Captain Jack too. Horrible, horrible, horrible! If I say "Scooter" you get the idea.

Date: 2006-08-30 03:02 am (UTC)Oh, Christopher Eccleston has been my favourite doctor yet! I still need to see the newer stuff with Doc number 10 (mmm), but I so wanted 9 and Rose to get together on screen. :(
I wish Captain Jack hadn't sported an American accent...
