A truly marvellous film from an Australian filmmaker (and his vital assistants, of course) which, aside from the original, appealing visuals and the well-constructed, entertaining story, has a main character with the best name since Lemony Snicket. Even if you can't get your hands on the DVD, the website is most pleasantly diverting. Tra-la! It appears there will be more such films in the future so perhaps the videographs will become more readily available to the antipodal inhabitants of this globe.
