I thought starlings were natural mockers - I read somewhere that they always copy the habits and behavior of other local birds.

Chickens are the most natural mockers. Just listen to them sometime . . mock . . .mock . . . mock . . .mock

I'm pretty sure they steal other birds' nests ... but everywhere I've gone, starlings have sounded and acted like starlings.
