Curiosity Question, is it a whole separate job to do publicity posters and stuff? or is it juts like an extra concept artists job or something?

They have an entirely different division of the company that does marketing and merchandise art, which is about as closely connected to the animation division as the DVD department is to the theme parks.

And yes, random Facilier is random.
